- Admission with empty stomach
- Ovum pick up under anaesthesia

Blood investigation (B-HCG) on Fourteenth day of embryo transfer
- If B-HCG is POSITIVE, need to continue medicines
- If B-HCG is NEGATIVE, discontinue medicines. Next visit on second or third day of next menses.
